Dr Amit-How does one identify one’s passion?

Digital Transformation in context of New India-The Summit
There is a Chinese proverb,

"If there is light in the soul,
There will be beauty in the person.
If there is beauty in the person,
There will be harmony in the family.
If there is harmony in the family,
There will be order in the nation.
If there is order in the nation,
There will be peace in the world"

Only the peace of individuals can leads to peace in the world eventually. In a similar way, creating digital mindset (nurturing traits such as creativity, collaboration and transparency) in individuals will lead to New India in the long run. To elaborate:-
If individuals develop digital mindsets
There will be transformation in organisations

If there is transformation in organisations

If the society keeps evolving

We will create a New India of our dreams.

Digital Transformation in Context of New India-The Summit was organised at NDIM (New Delhi Institute of Management), New Delhi on October 7, 2017…

All cultures throughout time have use stories to keep history alive, teach community and create demand. Ever since language began – we were telling stories on walls in caves and now we are telling stories on walls in clouds. Stories are how we breathe. We know now that robots are being taught empathy through literature. So clearly stories transcend technology. Stories are primal. As children we are great at telling stories. We know so many stories by …
